Prediction: AAPL Stock Price After iPhone
June 4, 2008 – 9:39 pmHubdub is a new prediction market site where users can risk fake bucks on their predictions. You can either predict the outcome of an already established question, but even cooler…you can create your own question and then invite others to participate.
Your payout varies in reaction to the current “odds” that the community gives to the event, so the less likely it seems to everyone else, the more you get paid. They even have some decent charting of the historical odds…although most questions are very illiquid (hey…they just started!)
Those of you who follow me on Twitter know that I’ve already placed a real-money prediction that AAPL will fall quickly this summer (I own some puts). So….naturally, my first prediction on Hubdub was regarding AAPL stock price for June 9th (the day they are expected to reveal new iPhone):
