If skin color is meaningless, then it follows that diversity of skin color is mearningless.

If thoughts are meaningful, then it follows that diversity of thought is meaningful.

Diversity of thought is a huge asset.  Diversity of genetic traits is a distraction.

Understand the kind of diversity your company or organization will benefit from.  Then seek that while ignoring the easy and popular methods of faking it.
