What matters now (as it always has and always will)

Winning.

Now figure out what you want to do, and go win.

  • What about the journey?
  • Would you trade me your wins for my journey?
  • I know a lot of bored rich people. Just saying...
  • Boredom comes from a lack of imagination and initiative, not a surplus of money. There are always new challenges to seek out. You can always start a new journey.
  • The journey is the win, as long as you win at the end of the journey.  Lol
  • Speaking of winning, have you tried out Short Screen yet with the demo account? Found any short ideas you're thinking of running with?
  • I like it.  I'm heavy in AIG and SPY puts right now, like a moron!!!
  • Thanks, Andy. I don't get the SPY puts though. Why not buy a basket of puts on financially distressed companies instead? That's what I'm going to do. For starters, I picked up some VMED puts last week (some folks think that was a bad idea, as I mentioned here).
  • Lazy + pride is only excuse.
  • Judging from your tweet and the market action today, looks like it worked out for you this time. Congratulations on that.

Going forward, I still think it makes more sense to short or buy puts on bad stocks as opposed to all stocks though.
  • Nice. Ya....good day. I'm trying to stay patient on the trade
though....may roll into MAR puts on both. There's a lot of potential for a
    very fast 12% pullback, IMO
  • Agreud. Also doing well with TBT here.
  • Pullback like that will hammer bad stocks too. I'll pick up puts on a few more of them on the next up day. In the meantime, I've got to figure out how long to hold onto the rest of my GLD puts.
  • "To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and hear the lamentations of their women"?
  • LOL...classic.
